What software/hardware is needed for virtual training?
A computer, tablet, phone or smart TV and a good internet connection.
Your trainer will normally use Zoom for training (You don’t need a Zoom account to train with Zoom)
What fitness equipment do I need for virtual training?
This depends on your fitness goals but for most clients, very little to no equipment is needed. If upon your complimentary consultation and learning more about your fitness goals, your trainer thinks that any equipment will be necessary for your training sessions, they can send you links for you to purchase.
Will my trainer be able to correct my form with virtual training?
Absolutely! Virtual training really is just like training in person! Your trainer can completely see you and you will see them perfectly for proper feedback and cues in real time!
What is the availability for virtual training? How flexible are training appointments?
Due to the fact that virtual training allows for both you and your trainer to not be bound to a specific location for each session, it opens up a greater amount of flexibility to train no matter where you or your trainer is currently at.
How long are each virtual session and what packages do you offer?
Your trainer can offer you 30 and 60 minute private or couples virtual sessions. Please request a complimentary consultation for exact pricing.

Background: Joshua graduated from Everest College in Seattle, Washington receiving his degree in Exercise Physiology & Kinesiology and receiving his ACSM certification.
Joshua’s extensive fitness career includes being a personal trainer since 2001; two years in sports medicine and founding the largest pilates and personal training studio in the state.
