Background Checks

• Scottsdale Trainer, LLC cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the background checks conducted by third-party providers as the information provided to us is out of our control.

• Scottsdale Trainer, LLC is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any background check information or for any undisclosed history or conditions of trainers.

Assumption of Risk
You agree that working with trainers referred by Scottsdale Trainer, LLC involves risks, including the possibility of working with individuals who may have undisclosed medical, personal, or professional histories. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in exercise programs, activities, or interactions with referred trainers.

Waiver and Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to waive, release, and discharge Scottsdale Trainer, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including but not limited to:

• Injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the actions or omissions of referred trainers.

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in background checks or trainer vetting processes.

• Risks associated with participation in exercise programs or physical activities, whether conducted by referred trainers or otherwise.

No Guarantee of Results
Scottsdale Trainer, LLC does not guarantee any specific fitness results or outcomes from working with referred trainers. Fitness goals and results may vary depending on individual circumstances and adherence to programs.

Use of Information
