Background: Joshua graduated from Everest College in Seattle, Washington receiving his degree in Exercise Physiology & Kinesiology and receiving his ACSM certification.
Joshua’s extensive fitness career includes being a personal trainer since 2002; two years in sports medicine and founding the largest pilates and personal training studio in the state.
