Joshua St. Clair - Scottsdale Personal Trainer

Joshua

Specialties: Toning & definition, core strength, weight loss, flexibility, developing new healthy habits

Training Since: 2001

Philosophy: True health and fitness is achieved through developing a new mind-set through repetition accompanied by support, guidance and accountability.

Background: Joshua graduated from Everest College in Seattle, Washington receiving his degree in Exercise Physiology & Kinesiology and receiving his ACSM certification.

Joshua’s extensive fitness career includes being a personal trainer since 2001; two years in sports medicine assisting high school athletes; founding two other on-site personal training companies; founding the largest pilates and personal training studio in the state; Scottsdale Trainer’s founder and director; and currently, has founded a fitness app for personal trainers and their clients. Fitness is his passion and he looks forward to continuing to help his clients reach their goals.

Interest: Between helping others succeed, you can find Joshua traveling to somewhere new, improving his golf stroke, pushing his limits on the tennis court, or exploring the beautiful state of Arizona on a good hike!

 

NATALIE

Specialties: Weight loss, sport-specific training, group fitness, older populations, muscle building, muscle definition/tone and competitions!

Philosophy: Define what you want and stay positive. They say showing up is half the battle. With the help of a trainer, there are no excuses. We will be there to help keep you accountable and motivated through your workouts.

Background: Natalie is nationally personal training certified by the NCSF (National Council on Strength and Fitness). She’s been training clients for the past 9 years in all environments including in-person, corporate wellness and virtually through Zoom, FaceTime and Skype!

Natalie competed nationally as a Figure and Bikini Bodybuilding athlete and ran for the Women's Cross Country Team at the University of Washington.

Interest: Natalie enjoys hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, surfing, basketball, soccer, and ping-pong the most!
